The Neck Pendulum Test Fixture is primarily sold to meet the neck bending test requirements for the Hybrid III 50th and 95th percentile dummies. By using optional equipment, the following dummies can also be tested: Hybrid II 50th, Hybrid III 5th, 3 Year-Old, 6 Year-Old, 10 Year-Old, BioSID, SIDIIs, EuroSID, ES2, WorldSID and Q Series.
 
The Neck Pendulum Fixture meets the NHTSA 49 CFR, Part 572 - Subpart B, C, E, I, J, M, N, O, P, R.  One uniaxial accelerometer and one six-axis load cell are required, but not included.  Six to eight echannels are required to run the Neck Pendulum Test Fixture.
 
Part number TE-207 is designed for 110-volt, 60-Hz AC power and TE-207-E is designed for 220-volt, 50-Hz AC power.  The fixture does not include transducers for measuring force, displacement or acceleration. Data acquisition equipment and processing software are available and can be ordered separately to meet specific requirements.
